By attending this event, I agree to honor these Heart Agreements from the time I leave home until I return. I understand that these agreements help create a safe, respectful, and spiritually grounded experience for everyone. I also understand that consequences may occur if these agreements are not honored.

Care & Respect Agreement

I agree to:

Treat the facility, other participants, and myself with respect Speak and act with kindness, avoiding gossip, pranks, put-downs, or harmful language Look for the highest good in others and in each situation Participate in ways that support a positive and meaningful group experience

Participation & Presence Agreement

I agree to:

Attend all required activities and arrive on time Stay focused and present during workshops and group activities Remain in designated areas and follow event boundaries Arrive on time for check-in and stay through the scheduled closing of the event

Shared Living & Community Care Agreement

I agree to:

Respect quiet hours and lights-out times Ask a sponsor for support if I need help focusing or caring for myself Wear clothing that is appropriate and non-offensive Not share beds, sleeping bags or blankets

Relationships & Boundaries Agreement

I agree to:

Maintain appropriate physical, emotional, and relational boundaries Avoid sexual activity, unwanted physical contact, or public displays of affection that may make others uncomfortable Respect that people have different comfort levels and sensitivities Save sensitive or potentially triggering conversations for appropriate group or sponsor-led settings

Technology Use Agreement

I agree to:

Stay off my phone and personal electronic devices for the duration of the event Use technology only for approved purposes (such as checking the time or taking photos) Speak with a sponsor or event leader if I need device access for an emergency or health-related reason

Substances & Safety Agreement

I agree to:

Not use, possess, or participate in activities involving alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, illegal drugs, or other restricted substances Not promote, encourage, or conceal illegal or unsafe behavior

Responsibility & Accountability Agreement

I understand that:

These agreements apply throughout the entire event, including travel to and from the event If I struggle to follow these agreements, it is my responsibility to seek support from a sponsor or event leader Consequences may include parent/guardian contact or being asked to leave the event early if needed to maintain a safe community
