Guests may choose from three thoughtfully crafted main dishes, each designed to delight:


·         Chicken Piccata Washington-raised chicken breast sautéed in butter, white wine, fresh lemon, and capers - bright, savory, and classic.


·         Beef Teriyaki Buffet (Gluten-Free) Flame-grilled flat-iron steak, marinated in our signature house-made teriyaki. Tender, bold, and satisfying.


·         Stuffed Zucchini Boats (Vegan & Gluten-Free) Roasted chickpeas, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion nestled in zucchini halves, finished in a rich tomato sauce. Hearty and wholesome.
